As a visionary in the educational space, Professor Gapud continues to be a beacon of knowledge, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible within and beyond the classroom walls.

The journey began in September 2021, with Spring Hill College embarking on its first course utilizing Ewance’s challenge-based learning approach. Fast forward to November 2023, the College has conducted seven transformative courses with Ewance, using nine unique challenges to provide 193 students with an immersive learning experience that mirrors the dynamic nature of the business world.
Each course, averaging 90 days, was a deep dive into the practical aspects of business and management. The International Business course, a staple at the College, was held five times, leveraging Ewance challenges to bring global business scenarios to the classroom. Organizational Behavior and Marketing Research Project courses also embraced Ewance’s approach, with challenges designed to push the envelope of traditional education.
The outcomes of these collaborations were nothing short of remarkable. Students didn’t just learn; they innovated, they strategized, and they delivered solutions that resonated with industry leaders. Notably, a sustainability strategy conceived during an International Business course was adopted by a Fortune 500 company, leading to a groundbreaking initiative in their supply chain operations.
