Ewance is a challenge-based Learning & Recruiting platform.

On the Learning side, students solve realistic industry challenges that relate to their studies, then earn verifiable, blockchain-anchored certificates that follow them forever. On the Recruiting side, talent teams discover candidates by what they shipped — not by what they wrote on a CV.

The two halves of the same coin. This documentation covers both.

Why this isn't a course platform

Most learning platforms ask you to watch a video and answer multiple-choice questions. Ewance asks you to produce something a working professional would recognise — a market sizing, a circuit design, a campaign brief, an architecture diagram, a clinical decision tree. The certificate isn't a sticker that says you watched ten hours. It's a record that you shipped a deliverable.

That's also what makes the platform useful to recruiters: every candidate's profile is composed of work product, not self-description. The hiring conversation can start from something concrete.
