Learner pricing

Ewance has three tiers for students:

Free — $0/month forever

One verified credential, lifetime.
Full access to the challenge catalogue (browse and complete any challenge).
Standard review timeline.
Permanent profile that recruiters can find.

The Free tier is genuinely permanent. There's no trial — solve a challenge, earn a credential, keep your profile for as long as you want. Most students start here.

Student — $10/month or $100/year

Five verified credentials, lifetime.
Everything in Free.
Priority placement in recruiter search results (a small ranking boost; not pay-to-win).

Best fit when you've outgrown one credential and want to build a portfolio with breadth across deliverable types.

Pro — $30/month or $300/year

Unlimited verified credentials.
Everything in Student.
Stronger ranking boost in recruiter search.
Early access to capstone-tier challenges.

Best fit for students seriously building a hireable portfolio — typically final-year or pre-graduation.

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Downgrading doesn't revoke credentials you've already earned.

No free trial — because you don't need one

The Free tier is the trial. It's permanent. You don't pay until you decide you want more capacity, and we don't ask for a card until then.

Recruiter pricing

Recruiting on Ewance is a paid subscription, structured into four named tiers. Pricing is account-gated — full plan details (workspaces, positions, sponsored-challenge slots, integrations) live inside the app, and we'll match you to the right tier on the first conversation.

Tier shapes

Starter — for your first sourcing experiment on Ewance.
Growth — for active in-house recruiting across teams.
Agency — multi-client scale with branded workspaces.
Enterprise — big-org scale with governance and integrations.

Industry sponsorship (B2B)

A separate motion from learner subscriptions. Industry sponsors pay to put their problem shapes in front of students as sponsored challenges. Students who complete sponsored briefs surface higher in that sponsor's search results.
