Optimizing Onboarding for a Fintech App
Overview
What this challenge is about.
Your task is to analyze the current onboarding flow, identify drop-off points, and propose a redesigned onboarding experience. You will use user behavior data (provided in a simulated dataset) and conduct usability tests with at least 5 users. Then design a new onboarding flow with wireframes or a prototype, and define success metrics. Success is a data-driven redesign that improves onboarding completion to at least 70% and increases 30-day retention. Deliver a research report, wireframes, and a presentation.
