Quantify how much HTTP/3-over-QUIC improves over HTTP/2-over-TCP for over-the-internet video delivery across realistic cellular conditions, and recommend a transport direction for the 2026 content-delivery-network contract.
This is not a data exercise. It is the work an analyst does when stakeholders need answers from messy data. That distinction matters to every hiring manager who has seen candidates describe statistical methods and none who have extracted insight from messy, real-world data.
