Overview
What this challenge is about.
You receive the model's training-data summary, evaluation metrics, intended-use statement, and known failure modes from the ML team. Write: (a) a 3-page plain-language model card (Flesch-Kincaid grade 9 or below) that follows the Hugging Face / Google model-card patterns, (b) a 6-page technical companion doc for enterprise procurement. Run a 5-person comprehension test on the plain-language card (3 marketers, 2 generalists) and iterate based on confusion points. Deliver both docs plus the test report.
The Brief
What you'll do, and what you'll demonstrate.
Produce both a plain-language model card and a technical companion doc that unblock enterprise procurement and meet emerging transparency expectations.
Earning criteria — what you'll demonstrate
- Apply model-card patterns to a real generative-AI product
- Write for two audiences (end-customer vs. procurement) on the same artifact
- Run lightweight comprehension testing on written documentation
- Reason about EU AI Act transparency expectations
