Stakeholder Workshop on AI Risk for a Public-Sector Pilot
Overview
What this challenge is about.
You receive a description of the pilot (24/7 LLM chatbot answering questions on municipal services in Spanish and Catalan). Design a 3-hour workshop for around 25 mixed-stakeholder participants. Produce: an agenda, 3 structured exercises (e.g., risk-card sort, scenario walkthrough, redline drafting), a facilitator's script, and a 4-page synthesis report drafted after the (simulated) workshop using plausible synthesized inputs. Synthesis must include 5 surfaced concerns and a recommendation on whether/how to expand the pilot.
