Write a 7-page strategy memo covering: (a) a 3-tier permission framework (no AI / AI as assistant / AI as collaborator), (b) 5 assessment-redesign patterns, (c) an integrity-workflow proposal with explicit no-detection-tools stance (those don't work reliably). Present in 30 min to a faculty working group with prepared discussion questions.
