Week 2-3: implement with Next.js + Supabase + Tailwind, with unit + E2E tests (Vitest + Playwright). Set up CI/CD on GitHub Actions: PR checks (lint + unit), main-branch deploy to Vercel, staging environment with seeded data. Week 4: usability test with 3 playtesters, fix the top 5 friction points, ship v1.0, and write a 4-page maintenance handover (architecture, deploy, on-call basics, common bug patterns). Deliver the running app URL, source repo, test reports, and the handover document.
