Each credential carries a verify URL. The recruiter clicks it — no Ewance account, no sign-in. The check runs against the on-chain hash, so authenticity is provable even if Ewance is offline.
What if I lose access to my Ewance account?
You don't lose your credentials. Your verify URL is permanent. Recovery flows let you re-link a new account to your existing on-chain record.
