Diagnose Levers of Control at a Stockholm Fintech

What this challenge is about.
Conduct a Levers of Control diagnostic of the chosen fintech. Build evidence from at least 30 public artifacts (job ads, leadership interviews, Glassdoor reviews, regulatory filings) and one 45-minute interview with a current/former employee, coding each piece of evidence to one of Simons' four levers. Identify imbalances and propose three concrete interventions to rebalance the system, considering contingency factors (regulation, growth stage, strategy). Success means a rigorously evidenced diagnostic with actionable, theory-grounded recommendations that the CFO could pilot. Constraint: cite every claim; respect interviewee anonymity.
