What this challenge is about.
Your task is to simulate Flowly's customer success operations over the next 12 months. Model the arrival of new enterprise customers, their onboarding and support requests, and the capacity of the current team. Use the simulation to test scenarios: aggressive growth, moderate growth, and churn variations. Recommend a hiring plan that maintains service levels (e.g., response time < 4 hours) while minimizing cost. Success means a validated simulation model and a data-driven staffing strategy.
