Build a React frontend with a structure upload widget and a 3D viewer pane showing query + hit superposition. Package backend, frontend, and a slimmed Foldseek index (provided) as Docker Compose. Test end-to-end on 8 reference queries (provided). Deliver the working tool, the Docker Compose bundle, an 8-page deployment + user guide, and 4 screenshots for the consortium's docs site.
