The challenge sets the agenda; theory is pulled in as needed to solve the problem rather than presented in advance.

The full cycle moves through brief, deliberate practice, deliverable, feedback, iteration. The format draws on action learning and experiential learning — the same family of ideas that have validated themselves across industry, healthcare, and higher education for decades.
