Pick the top 25 smells by ROI (impact / effort). Facilitate a 3-hour workshop for the 11-engineer backend org where they re-score 5 smells using the framework. Deliver the audit report, the prioritized backlog (Jira-ready), the workshop facilitation kit, and a 4-page memo on running the audit quarterly.
