Overview
What this challenge is about.
You are a strategy consultant hired by DataFlow's CEO. Your task: (1) Analyze the current monetary policy stance of the Bank of England and at least two Southeast Asian central banks (e.g., Bank Indonesia, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas); (2) Assess how interest rate differentials affect the company's cost of capital and the attractiveness of local debt financing; (3) Evaluate the impact on customer pricing (e.g., should they price in USD or local currency?); (4) Provide a recommendation on which market to enter first and the optimal timing. Success means a clear, data-driven recommendation that mitigates macroeconomic risks. Constraints: no more than 3 markets considered; use publicly available data.
