Strategy
Responsible AI Policy for a HR-Tech Scale-up
Overview
What this challenge is about.
Working as a cross-functional team, produce a Responsible AI Policy that addresses: permitted/prohibited use cases, human oversight requirements, data minimization, vendor due diligence (for the underlying LLM), incident response, and customer disclosure. The CV-screening use case is classified as high-risk under the EU AI Act — your policy must reflect this. Constraints: the policy should be implementable by a 600-person company without a dedicated AI ethics team, and should not block legitimate product velocity. Success looks like a document Personio's CPO could adopt with minor edits and present to enterprise customers in a security review.
