Run a Product Discovery Sprint for a Vertical SaaS in Logistics
Overview
What this challenge is about.
Recruit 8 dispatchers across 5 freight-forwarder customers (intro emails will be facilitated). Run 30-minute interviews using the Opportunity-Solution Tree (a tree-shaped diagram mapping desired outcomes to problems to candidate solutions to assumptions). Synthesize 5-8 distinct opportunities. Map the top 3 against business value (revenue lift) and effort. For your top opportunity, identify the riskiest 3 assumptions and design 3 low-cost tests (landing page, prototype, manual concierge). Deliver an Opportunity-Solution Tree (Miro), interview synthesis doc, a 4-page recommendation memo with go/no-go, and a 2-week assumption-test plan.
