The scenario
The company sells industry-specific dispatch software to mid-sized freight forwarders across the Netherlands and Belgium, where dispatchers still juggle loads, drivers, and delivery windows largely by phone, spreadsheet, and intuition. It is freshly Series A funded and must spend its limited engineering capacity on the one feature most likely to retain customers and lift revenue.
