Overview
What this challenge is about.
Design a 60-minute weekly design-critique format covering: pre-read window, presenter prep template, time-boxed feedback rounds (start-stop-continue or 'I like, I wish, I wonder'), follow-up commitment capture. Run a 4-week pilot facilitating each session yourself. Collect a before/after sample of one design per designer scored by an external rubric (5 dimensions, 1-5 scale). Survey the 4 designers at week 0 and week 4. Deliver the critique format document, the 4-week pilot report with rubric deltas, the survey results, and a 6-page playbook for the head of design.
