The scenario
Pulsegrid sells infrastructure-monitoring software to other engineering organizations, yet runs its own 18 teams with zero org-wide visibility into engineering health. Like many companies at this stage, its delivery, planning, and incident data live in separate tools (continuous-integration runs, Linear, PagerDuty) that no one has ever joined into one consistent picture.
