Revamping Motivation at a São Paulo D2C Cosmetics Startup
Overview
What this challenge is about.
Your task is to conduct a motivational audit using Herzberg's two-factor theory and self-determination theory. You will interview (simulated) employees, identify hygiene and motivator factors, and design a set of interventions (e.g., job enrichment, recognition programs, autonomy boosts). Success means delivering a report that includes a diagnosis, a proposed motivation framework, and a 90-day implementation plan with measurable KPIs. Constraints: budget is limited to R$55,000 for the first year (approx. €10,000).
