Compensation Consultant

Pay is one of the few things every employee notices and very few executives fully understand. Compensation consultants design the structures behind it — salary bands, bonus formulas, equity grants — and explain those structures in ways that survive a town hall.

The role lives on a foundation of survey data from sources like Radford and Mercer, paired with judgment calls about a company's philosophy and culture. Good work here looks like a pay system that feels fair when audited from inside and competitive when benchmarked from outside.
