Financial Modeling & Valuation Challenges
Financial Modeling & Valuation challenges put you inside the work of pricing companies, deals, and assets. You'll develop skills in Financial Statement Reading, Time Value of Money, Three-Statement Modeling, and DCF, then test what you build with sensitivity & scenario analysis.
From there you'll handle the harder edges — LBO modeling, M&A accretion/dilution, precedent transactions, and private equity waterfall modeling — running due diligence and comparable companies analysis the way deal teams actually do, and stretching into structured deal modeling and derivatives pricing. Each challenge you solve earns a verified credential you can share with recruiters.
